A Dilemma

All right friends I need help making a decision. A very important decision. Probably the most important decision of my entire life. This could change everything. My relationship with Señor Hess, the way I’m perceived by others, my entire worldview.  So no pressure or anything, but don’t give crappy advice.

The question at hand is….

Should I cut my hair like Taylor Swift?

tswift

Pros:
Something different
Would take less styling time
It’s just hair, it’ll grow
I think I’d feel feisty and spunky

Cons:
Andy likes my hair long
Will it make my face look fat?

I don’t know you guys, I keep going back and forth. I’ve never been such a wuss about hair, once I cut mine off into a pixie cut (yes I looked fabulous…#humility, and no there are no pictures as this was before Facebook) and guess what: I loved it for a time, and then it grew out. As hair is wont to do. I need to put my big girl panties on and make a decision, but I seem to have misplaced aforementioned big girl panties thus inhibiting any and all decision making.

My hair appointment is Saturday. HAAAAAAAALP.

Now that I’m no longer in shock, I think anything would be beautiful on you, your face will NEVER be fat (you’re totally going to be one of those skinny, pregnant women we all love to hate) and you’re right.. it’s just hair – it grows back.

#1. YOUR FACE COULD NEVER LOOK FAT, NEVER SAY THAT AGAIN.

#2. YOU WILL LOOK BEAUTIFUL NO MATTER WHAT YOUR HAIR LOOKS LIKE.

#3. HAIR GROWS BACK. IT’S NOT A PERMANENT DECISION

#4. GO BALLS TO THE WALL, DO IT.

For years I went from growing my hair out to chopping it off, but last september I found a stylist I really liked and cut 8 inches off (to a similar style that TayTay has) and I’ve pretty much kept it… it’s the longest my hair has been short (confusing much?). But it is much easier to style. Down sides: sometimes right after the cut/trim, I have a hard time with a ponytail and have to resort to bobby pins. I’ve got a picture somewhere on my instagram but I’m too lazy to find it. I say go for it, if you don’t like it, it’s just hair!

    SHORT SHORT SHORT SHORT SHORT.

I mean, I’ll cherish and hold you dear either way.

    SHORT. SHORT SHORT SHORT SHORT.

    Is it obvious?
